OH sweet Arden! How I, along with countless others, have prayed for you and your family for years!  It’s hard to express, in words, the joy and excitement I have when I get to meet one of my answered prayers.  And this beauty is already so loved, and has been placed in such an incredible family.I first met Amanda and Fred right before they delivered their stillborn baby boy.  I couldn’t help but think of Myles, as I delighted in his sister (Read Myles’ story).  Though Arden is here, Myles, and the impact of his life on his family, still remains.  I loved that we talked about him during Arden’s photoshoot, and  I’m confident that she is going to grow up knowing that a brother came before her.

Mom and Dad requested some rainbow baby set ups, and I couldn’t resist taking pictures from every angle I could think of.  The term “Rainbow baby” is a term of endearment used for a baby born after child loss, signifying hope after a devastating storm (loss).  Though Arden is a rainbow baby, it is not her identity, as she is her own little person.  She is evidence of the Lord hearing our cries and prayers.  She brings hope, and I cannot wait to see who she becomes.

Amanda and Fred, I couldn’t be happier for you two.  Thank you for allowing me into your lives once again.  It’s always an honor.
