I’m humbled when families choose me to capture their lives, especially twice in one year.  I knew exactly where we would do the photoshoot. I wanted to embraced the fall foliage and evening light, and I’m so happy the weather cooperated.
These intimate family shots are some of my favorites from their session.
Families often ask me why I shoot in the evening…and these images are why.  I want to embrace that golden hour, or rather, those golden minutes. There’s something magical about the light that highlights the love and tenderness within your family.  Light really does matter. Many families will adjust their kiddos nap and dinner times in order to have an evening shoot.  And I can honestly say, I haven’t had one kiddo refuse to participate in these golden hour sessions.
